I am an Actionista! I am an action-taking maven that is hardworking and willing to go the extra mile. My special sauce is my gritty ability to do what it takes to get you to your next level of healing.
Teaching therapeutic movement through the modalities of Yoga Therapy, Classical Pilates, and Blissful Thai Energy is my passion. I believe in heart and soul healing and the power of therapeutic movement as an act of self-care and self-love. I believe there is value in getting quiet enough to hear your inner wisdom while slowing down and tending to your body’s needs with care. I guide you to nourish the inner landscape of your heart and soul through the tools of meditation, breathing, postures, chants, journaling, and more.
I love my business, and admittedly, I push myself too hard at times. My close friends often describe me as hardworking, goal-oriented, busy, passionate, motivated, intelligent, kind, dreaming, natural, humble, empathic, adventurous, grounded, honest, and, well, you get the picture!
My favorite onscreen heroine is Wonder Woman, and my own superhero power is my commitment and willingness to step outside my comfort zone with strength. Like most people, I have a history of trauma in my life, and it wasn’t always easy for me to be strong. I do what I love as an integrative sustainable movement (ISM) educator because it satisfies my soul and gives me strength. Heart and soul healing are the guiding forces of self-care!
Years ago, I left my corporate career behind and have never looked back. Like any entrepreneur, I have had to do a lot of self-study. I’m still learning to embrace my failures and to value them as much as I value my wins. Growth isn’t always pleasant, but it’s worth it! I have found myself in troubled waters, paddling like crazy, but I have built the stamina and resilience to get to the calm waters on the other side. Through these storms, I have learned to embrace my beautiful and unique self.
In my life, I follow my soul’s Dharma Code: I live creatively, and I play often! My life and work are filled with love that moves people to heal. I am the light in a dark world. I am centered, courageous, and adventurous so that the joy of integrative sustainable movement can grow and affect others’ lives in profoundly healing ways.
My ultimate vision is to inspire and nurture the human soul through therapeutic movement. I believe in creating one united healing front where conventional medicine, paired with complementary integrative health (CIH) services, works in a collaborative environment. This collaboration can enhance the overall continuum of care available, empower the client to manage their self-care, and impart an overall better quality of life.

The environment that we live in has changed drastically in recent times, and there is now a much wider range of influences that can affect a person’s health. I believe the future of healing lies in a holistic approach and collaboration. Together with clients, their physicians, and my experts, I co-create personalized treatment plans which consider clients’ unique conditions, needs, and circumstances.
My treatment plan approach rests on a balanced combination of mind/body/spirit movement combined with the three components of cognition, breathing, and physical activity. I am committed to transforming one client and one community at a time through heart and soul healing by using the mind and body while finding balance through learning sustainable, integrative movement.

What is Integrative Sustainable Movement?
Integrative Sustainable Movement (ISM) is the practice of combining allopathic and complementary therapies that can be maintained at a particular consistent rate while effecting change in the body, mind, and soul. Integrative medicine, also known as holistic medicine, functional medicine, or complementary medicine, combines conventional and alternative approaches to address the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of health and illness to heal the WHOLE person.
My goal is to offer a successful global ISM program that actually integrates allopathic medicine and mind-body-spirit modalities, with the ultimate goal of helping patients adapt to traditional medical treatments. ISM transformation and the service modalities offered directly affect the body’s physiological healing process while gently awakening the mind-body-spirit connection needed to enhance the healing process. ISM provides these services for both adults and teens, providing an atmosphere that aids the body with relaxation techniques and health-conscious alternatives.
I create an environment for people to feel good about themselves, both physically and mentally, so that they can harness natural means to strengthen and heal their bodies from injury or illness. I get to know clients one-on-one and create a safe environment for them to grow that is free from judgment or competition. Through my holistic care method, I provide a slow and gradual path to help people honor who they are, build self-efficacy, and enable them to manage their own self-care through the use of integrative sustainable movement techniques.
I focus on integrating pathways and improving interoception. With each client, I find the practices that work best for each person, encouraging a commitment to the essence of learning, discovery, contentment, and discipline of self-care.
I take a bio-social-spiritual approach that gets to the root of your issues and leads to lasting healing. I cultivate the development of balance in all facets of your life as the centering principle for sustainable wellbeing.
